Adherence challenges in multimorbid patients: beyond traditional care solutions
About the Webinar
Therapeutic inertia and poor adherence continue to limit optimal outcomes in patients with Type 2 Diabetes (T2D), particularly those living with multimorbidity. Traditional care models often fall short in addressing the complex behavioural, clinical, and systemic barriers faced by these patients.
ACT T2D – Episode 4 brings together global experts to explore innovative, patient-centred, and multidisciplinary approaches that go beyond conventional care pathways, with a strong focus on improving long-term adherence and clinical outcomes.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Identify key drivers of non-adherence in patients with T2D and multimorbidity
- Understand the limitations of traditional care approaches in complex patient profiles
- Explore innovative digital and multidisciplinary strategies to improve adherence
